Terms of Use

Effective September 11, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to MedLeadTools.com and any digital templates, guides, toolkits, downloads, or other products offered by Synergy Mosaic Ventures LLC under the MedLead Tools brand. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse download links, scrape protected content, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights.

Digital products and license

Purchases provide a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for one purchaser to download, edit, print, and use the purchased materials for the purchaser's own professional work and within teams the purchaser personally leads.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, upload to a marketplace or shared repository, give away, reproduce for organization-wide distribution, or represent the materials as your own commercial product. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Synergy Mosaic Ventures LLC and its licensors.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases. Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate purchase information and authorize the stated charge. An order is complete only after payment is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order affected by fraud, pricing error, technical error, or unlawful use.

Downloads

Purchased files are delivered through a private, time-limited link. The current download window is seven days after fulfillment, with up to five successful downloads. You are responsible for downloading and securely saving your files during that period. See the Refund & Download Policy for support and refund terms.

Professional-use limitation

MedLead Tools materials provide general educational, career, leadership, and management resources. They are not medical, legal, tax, human-resources, compliance, credentialing, employment, or other professional advice. They do not establish institutional policy or guarantee any career, hiring, promotion, operational, or financial outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials to applicable law, regulation, institutional policy, contracts, and professional standards.

Artificial-intelligence features

Any feature clearly labeled in development is not available for customer use. If an artificial-intelligence service becomes available, its output will require independent human review for accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and authorized use. Do not submit protected health information or information you are not authorized to process.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the updated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or a guaranteed result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Mosaic Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from the site or products. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchased digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
