MedLead Tools products are digital files. No physical product will be shipped.
How delivery works
After Stripe confirms payment, the purchase-confirmation page provides a secure download link. We also send the link to the email address entered at checkout. Email delivery can take a few minutes, so review your spam or junk folder if the message does not appear.
Download window and limits
The secure link expires seven days after fulfillment and permits up to five successful downloads. Download the ZIP package promptly and save a backup in a secure location. Do not share the link. A person with access to the link may be able to use one of the available downloads.
Expired or inaccessible links
If your link expires or stops working, contact us with your order number and purchase email. After validating the order, we may issue a replacement link. Replacement access does not expand the product license or authorize sharing.
Refund eligibility
Because digital files cannot be returned, completed digital-download purchases are generally final after the files have been accessed. We will review a refund request when:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You received a materially different product from the product identified in your order.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Requests based only on a change of mind, failure to review the product description or software requirements, failure to download during the stated window, or dissatisfaction with an editable resource after successful delivery are generally not eligible. We will still provide reasonable help with delivery or file-access problems.
How to request help or a refund
Contact sales@medleadtools.com or use the contact form within seven calendar days of purchase. Include your order number, purchase email, product name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send payment-card information.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is determined by Stripe and your financial institution. When a full refund is processed, the associated download access is revoked.
Software compatibility
Product descriptions identify the included file formats. You are responsible for having compatible software and for confirming that your employer or institution permits use of editable external templates. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about file formats.
